As part of Black History Month and National Adoption Week we would like to share with you this article highlighting some of the misconceptions that may cause Black people to exclude themselves from adoption.

With less than 5% of adopters in England are of Black African or Black Caribbean heritage, there has never been a greater time for more Black adopters to take a step forward and make a difference.
